• Up to 48 hours before your event there is no charge.
• 24 to 48 hours before your event there will be a 25% fee.
• 12 to 24 hours before your event there will be a 50% fee.
• Less than 12 hours prior to your event there will be a complete charge for your order.
*These cancellation rules are for every day except Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day orders. Cancellations for these major holidays must be made 72 hours prior to pick up.
Although we do not charge credit card processing fees for orders placed, if you place an order and pay by credit card and then partially cancel or cancel entirely, you will be charged 5% of the total for credit card processing fees. If you choose to receive your refund by gift card, there will be absolutely no fee.
